LIVING SPACE
The living area is a stylishly furnished room. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a nice rug, atmospheric lighting and a TV with hundreds of channels. Which makes it a good place to stay in the apartment during the winter months. There is a sliding door through which you can access the terrace. This sliding door is equipped with an electric shutter. The WIFI is very good. There is a fiber optic connection.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is a modern, new and neat kitchen. Equipped with a kettle, oven, microwave, an induction hob. You can also use the crockery and cutlery. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, and a washing machine and dryer. There are four fine stools at the bar, great for eating or having a drink.

BEDROOM 1
Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom. A lovely bed with a new mattress and plenty of closet space. View of the tropical garden and waking up to the chirping of countless birds. This bedroom has an electric shutter.
BEDROOM 2
Bedroom 2 is located at the front of the apartment. In this room there is a lovely bed with new mattresses, which guarantee a wonderful nights sleep. This bedroom has an electric shutter.
GARDEN
Our apartment has a beautiful garden where there is something to see all day long. In our garden there is a lovely lounge set to relax. There is also a dining table with comfortable chairs to enjoy meals when the weather is right.
THE COMPLEX
The complex is very quiet and attractive, with access to two swimming pools and a baby pool. The Santa Maria Golf club is located next to the complex, surrounded by beautiful nature.  There are also new padel courts located right next to the apartment. There is also a Gym on the grounds of the padel club. There is also a parking space in the garage available for you with a storage room, so no lugging around with golf equipment!
BATHROOM 1
Bathroom 1 has a bath and a nice shower, including a toilet.
BATHROOM 2
Bathroom 2 has a spacious shower cabin, a toilet, a sink and an electric heater.
